What it is
Quoits is an old ring-toss game. Quoitpad is a small launch platform on Raydium LaunchLab: an on-chain platform config with its own name, fee and this web page. Coins launched on it trade on Raydium's bonding curve and graduate to a Raydium CPMM pool at 85 SOL.

In quoits a ringer is a throw that lands on the peg. Meme coin, same fees, same rules. The deployer buys about 0.4 SOL at creation and sells it automatically within about 30 seconds.

The platform wallet and the creator of every coin here are the same wallet, so the deployer gets 1.5 of every 1.75 points of fee. The deployer buys about 0.38 SOL of QPAD at creation and sells it automatically within about 30 seconds, possibly into your buy. Prices on bonding curves can go to zero.
